Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email, city, country, membership preferences, and donation selections. We use this information to maintain membership records, communicate about Basano activities, answer requests, and support charitable campaigns.
Optional SMS communications
If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Basano about campaigns, events, and donation reminders. Consent is not required for membership or donations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
How we protect and share information
Basano uses submitted information only for organizational purposes and service providers that help operate our communications and donation systems. We do not sell member information. We retain records only as reasonably needed for operations, legal duties, and donor accounting.
